The doctor has terrible handwriting. 6 pharmacy's thought I forged it because he scribbles circles with lines through them. Get it figured out before you try to fill a script.
These are (in my opinion) the rudest, noncaring, less than compassionate. My Doctor recommended that I contact these people. After 5 days of calling & 1 left message all I got was arrogance. I finally, after the 5th call, I got the operator. I started explaining that they were referred by my ( excellent ) Doctor and was told to "shut up". I was not rambling, I said less than 2 sentences. I have been a patient of Dr Henry's for about 10 years now, and I wouldn't have another pain specialist. In clinics that I have gone to previously I have been overloaded and bombarded with so much pain medication that I lived in a fog. That has never happened here and I'm grateful for it. Dr Henry is thorough and will address any issues that you might be having during any visit. This place is a joke. The doctor comes in literally for 1.5 minutes, asks how things are going, signs the prescriptions with a "+", and is gone. Does not know his own patients and does not care about treating the patient. Has no idea why he is treating the patient, or about the patient's pain, has to ask the nurse, really??This doctor is a joke and truly does not know his patients or what he is treating them for, nor does he care.
