The granite itself is pretty but their business processes need a good amount of help. 1. Told them I needed a darker piece of granite for a desk top and they sent me the same color as the kitchen, a white tone. 2. Told them I wanted 3 cm granite after talking with my realtor and they gave me a price for that which I agreed to but then installed a 2 cm granite and then told me the price was much higher per square foot than originally quoted. 3. Not a pleasant experience at all. We will not be using this company again for any design work
We had chosen the slab we wanted for our primary bathroom and our entire house months in the selection process. A few weeks ago, Linda sent an email asking that we come in and take a look at the slabs before fabrication, we got there and she tried to sell/ say that we should look at a different slab for the primary bathroom. She showed it to us and we told her we would take a sample to see how well the new slab she recommended will blend with the rest of the shower and floor in our primary bathroom.
