I highly recommend GA Exclusive Construction. After the recent storms, I lost part of my roof, and they handled all the paperwork with my insurance. They scheduled the job and provided me with high-quality, long-lasting materials and labor, all backed by a written warranty. They also saved me money! The clean-up was thorough, and so far, there are no leaks. My roof looks amazing, and the entire process was smooth.
Great customer service…. Very clean when they came to replace my roof. Site manager was always present when getting roof replaced making sure everything was done correctly and making sure I was satisfied… highly recommended
Less than a year and a half later the roof leaked so badly that it ran water trough the Sheetrock and ruined my ceiling in two rooms of my house. They came out and assed the roof and determined that it was leaking because of their work. The did fix the roof where it was leaking but said "we refuse to fix the ceiling because it has been so long since the roof was installed".
