Very poor services, it's not right to be sitting in that office for two to three hours to see the doctor.
I brought my son there at 10am his first visit. It took on e hour fir them to call him back then it took another hour and a half of waiting for the doctor once he got back there before deciding to just leave. It worse than the emergency room waiting. The doctor ( a black woman who was probably lying) said" Im your doctor and ill be in there in a minute" still waited forever and then left. Doctor Ross and staff is very unprofessional on all levels. Scheduling, phone service, blood work, follow ups, response time per insurance approvals for clients…. If you have a critical family member, please bypass this Location. The team here does not care for their clients. Definitely giving billing concerns for insurance 🙄
