Doctor Ross and staff is very unprofessional on all levels. Scheduling, phone service, blood work, follow ups, response time per insurance approvals for clients…. If you have a critical family member, please bypass this Location. The team here does not care for their clients. Definitely giving billing concerns for insurance 🙄
Ridiculous wait time ,these Indians only care about money not patients. 3hrs no one even checked to see if I passed out in exam room.
I wanted a doctor that’s my race and close to my neighborhood. Worst mistake I made. This facility needs to go. Worst wait time and experience. Front desk girl is attending to her small child while enjoying a full Entrée on her working desk instead of patients. If you have a whole day to waste and feel like being treated less than…this is the right place for you
I had a pleasant encounter with the nurse named Mya. She's new. She is courteous, friendly and caring. She was concerned if the BP cuff was too tight on my arm, and switched to a more comfortable one. I'm 75 years old and that's the first time any nurse showed any concern. Thank you Mya
Appt was at 10, called to the back 2.5 hrs later. Doctor forgot to call in my prescription. Ridiculous is the best description of this place.....They are rude in the front office. They answering service is in-apt!! You cannot ever reach the doctors office because yhey do not answer the phones. If they answer they will hang up on you as soon as they answer.
