This office has a booking issue. There were red flags flying high during my first visit when I had to leave and come back later that day after waiting 2 hours to be seen. During my follow up visit I left again before being seen due to other commitments. Now, I'm back for my follow-up appointment and just realized that I need to find a new office. Ross is a great doctor but my issue is with the BILLING Department where I made an error and paid Ga Clinic instead of Ga Power! I’ve been trying to get a refund since June 30, 2025 with nothing but the run around and today is August 21, 2025! They’ve transferred me from number to number and from department to department….still WAITING!
