Ross is a great doctor but my issue is with the BILLING Department where I made an error and paid Ga Clinic instead of Ga Power! I’ve been trying to get a refund since June 30, 2025 with nothing but the run around and today is August 21, 2025! They’ve transferred me from number to number and from department to department….still WAITING!

Very poor services, it's not right to be sitting in that office for two to three hours to see the doctor.
I brought my son there at 10am his first visit. It took on e hour fir them to call him back then it took another hour and a half of waiting for the doctor once he got back there before deciding to just leave. It worse than the emergency room waiting. The doctor ( a black woman who was probably lying) said" Im your doctor and ill be in there in a minute" still waited forever and then left.
