Will be contacting Medical Board and post about this place on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I may get a team of people and protest the building. This is my second time trying them with an appointment. While waiting in the patient room two hours. The lights went out and came back on but still no one. I just read lots of reviews with the same issue. My appointment was at 2:45, the nurse led me to the room by 3:00. It’s 4:32 and I’m still sitting in the room waiting. This place has no respect for an individual time. I’ve been taking my brother-in-law for the past two years. Today was the last. We are always there from 3 to 4 1/2 hours just sitting in the exam room. Dr Ross is okay but lately she’s not able to remember anything from the prior visits. Let me say the visits are only 1 to 2 weeks apart. I understand you are familiar with pin and paper but let’s get up to date with keeping track via electronic devices. I am a patient here and have been calling for THREE weeks to get a medication refill. This is unacceptable. No one is friendly. Don’t make an appointment here!!!!!
This office has a booking issue. There were red flags flying high during my first visit when I had to leave and come back later that day after waiting 2 hours to be seen. During my follow up visit I left again before being seen due to other commitments. Now, I'm back for my follow-up appointment and just realized that I need to find a new office.
