On Sunday the 2 February my furnice went out collen from bove fuils came and fixed my heat he was so nice he exspain everything he was doing also he told me what happened and why my furnice stopped working he was very professional and outstanding I was very happy with his work I want to say thank you to collen
Ordered and paid for an emergency propane delivery from Bove. After waiting all day they finally called at 5pm saying they would not be delivering us much needed propane, leaving my family with no heat with an incoming winter storm. Was told because they had 3 trucks go down today they couldn't risk another by delivering us propane.
We have been with G.A.Bove for many years & we have NEVER run out of fuel…They have us on a schedule & they know when we get to a certain level of fuel and they deliver without me calling…their prices are great & their staff are the best…I’ve even gotten a couple of my neighbors to switch over to them because of their dedication to their customers….one of my senior neighbors that was with another company actually ran out of fuel in the winter & her company couldn’t get to her for a couple of days (unbelievable that they coul... read more
Just started the service. I don’t mind it but I was pretty frustrated to have to pay $150 twice for an inspection when I had asked if me getting a new furnace would cause an issue. I would have just waited and had it inspected once had I known. The first fill I’ve gotten was a timely manner. I called today and she questioned why I ran out in almost 10 days… it’s been below zero… so of course it’ll go faster. BOVE FUELS gave us great service on our furnace. Technican, GLENN, is fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He is a great troubleshooter and very patient. We could not be more happy with his service to our furnace. Additionally, anytime we call our fuel fill ups are quick and reasonable. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. We really appreciate BOVE FUELS. We would give more than five stars if we could.
