I had to make a call to GABove because my new central air was not working. Steve S came within an hour of my call. He was very professional and was able to fix the unit. He explained the problem and was very professional. He treated my home like it was his own. I appreciated that. He was excellent. He deserves a tip.
We had our annual furnace cleaning done today by Zach and Glenn from Bove Fuels. They arrived promptly following a much appreciated courtesy call to inform us they were on their way. A thorough cleaning was done with parts replaced as required. Afterwards Zach met with us to summarize the work and reported everything looked great and that we were ready for another upstate New York winter. Just the kind of news we have become accustomed to after 55 years as a Bove customer.

Glenn and his partner were great. They showed up on time and were able to address the issue we were having. He explained the problem so we understood what work was needed to repair the furnace. Thank you Glenn!
Today I had Kyle B. and his trainee Hunter here to assist the household with two new propane tanks. They both did a wonderful job with the installment and worked safe doing so. Kyle went over how to turn off all propane tanks in case of an emergency and gave excellent feedback to all my questions.
