BIG THANKS to Johnny Castillo and the staff at AG Auto Glass. My son was coming in from out of town, after having his window busted out. They just so happened to have a window on a truck in their upcoming shipment that day. I took his vehicle to the shop; they replaced, cleaned up the broken glass, and tinted his window. They did such an amazing job and provided great service!! Highly recommend them for your window repair needs. Thanks again for everything!
Went to get my Tesla windows tinted here and they did an amazing job. Appointment was at 8am and was completed in a couple of hours, when you go ask for Jo, he was the one that did my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Receptionist was prompt and professional. My windows were done within 2 hours and look great.
Customer service was horrible. Had an appointment at 8 to get the windows tented. This was made a week in advance. Dropped it off was told it would be ready around noon. At 2 I called to find out what was going on. Car still not finished. They ran out of tent for the back windows. When I showed up at 4:30 to get my car it was running. Receptionist told me they ran the battery down and the car had been running to charge the battery up. I asked when they started the car. She informed me they started it when they called me. Windows on both of my family's trucks were busted out the other night. My husband called them the next morning and they had windows on a truck and installed the same day for a reasonable price. I hope no one ever needs their service for the same reason we did but they definitely made a bad situation a little easier for us by having it fixed so quick.
