They put me in a room with literal feces on the ceiling. I have been trying to get a refund, I have the owners admitting fault but will not respond to the parent company. Stay away from these people. I have heard no response in the allotted time. The complaint people are very uncaring.
Writing review that will be taken down when my issue is addressed. Dodging Booking.com requests isn't gonna make the issue go away. All I want is my refund due to your location lying about being clean and having a severe roach problem. This hotel has severe roach issues and needs to be shut down and fumigated and possibly redone to get it back to what a motel 6 is supposed to be

Our experience with G6 Management Company has been absolutely unacceptable. We had a reservation at one of their properties that was canceled by the hotel/management — not by us. We never stayed at the property and received no services whatsoever. Yet we are now approaching two weeks and still have not received our refund. To make matters worse, the receipt we were provided shows a charge of $421.30, while our bank statement shows that $450 was actually drafted from our account.
