This company is fraudulent. They keep saying they are issuing me a refund, but it never comes. For months I have been calling all of the various numbers they give me, but nothing happens. I cancelled a reservation in a timely fashion, and have an email saying I’m due a refund. My reservation was for the Court Square Hotel Long Island City. Nothing bad to say about these hotels
BEWARE - I booked a room at Motel 6 in Arcadia Ca. & received a confirmation #. I showed up after a 5 1/2 for drive, only to find the motel boarded up. It had been closed for several months. Motel 6 only cancelled the reservation for 1 of the nights & charged my credit card for a night at a motel that doesn't exist. I am fighting to get a refund. How does this happen ?

Literally the WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with. It's been 3 months trying to get my money back and I'm considering it stolen now. I've contacted multiple times by phone and respond instantly to the few emails that are returned by g6 guest relations. The website has a bug, resulting in a double booking for a refundable reservation 2 weeks out. Within an hour, i called to cancel and received email confirmation of the refunded amount.
