August 19th, 2019 I received a promotion the then site supervisor, had to beg me to take. The reason they begged me to take the position, is because the guy who had seniority was mentally unstable. I hesitated, because I knew the people I would be in charge of were people I didn't trust, and people who had sociopath mindsets. I ended up taking a job August 19th.
