They let folks set up pickleball times and then let other sports take over the space. After being burned on this more than once I called and asked "are you sure there will be room" . Was assured there would be half the gym available. Drive all the way over, no room. Nice enough place but the scheduling needs a reservation system that is guaranteed. this place is a gem! lots of equipment a great rowing machine, an actually hot dry sauna, nice staff and havent experienced a wait to use anything yet. grateful i live so close!
I never give negative reviews, but their lack of concern for cleanliness is an actual public health risk and deserves to be called out. There's no system here for equipment to be cleaned between users. They have bins of tiny washcloths and spray bottles full of...something? They simply don't work to disinfect, and even if they did, no one uses them. There's no signage like "please wipe down equipment after use" like in every other gym.
