RecommendedI love this place. I came in for a Rotator cuff tear and opted no surgery. After about 3 months I was back surifing and my shoulder feels amazing and stronger. Kevin was my PT and he listened to what I thought was going on in my body. We worked more as a team, which I am a Pilates Instructor by trade and was so happy that he was on board with that. I found G3 after a knee injury based on lots of excellent reviews on Yelp. Each session my knee markedly improved. Very pleased and impressed with both locations (Encinitas, Solana Beach), great staff and environment. The owners are lovely people and it shows in the culture of giving. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
After suffering from back and hip pain for 10 years, numerous therapies and cortisone shots it was my orthopedic surgeon who said to give G3 a go before thinking about surgery. So glad I did. Thank you Alex and all the staff for looking after me. My mobility is almost back 100% and back pain is no longer stopping me doing things I love. Also thank you for being open during the pandemic and using all the cautionary measures to keep us safe whilst being able to continue therapy. G3 IS THE BEST!!!
Amazing knowledgeable staff that truly care about the people who walk through their door. They treat each person like an individual rather than the traditional cookie cutter treatments. There aren't enough stars for this wonderful group of people!
The staff is absolutely amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I went to so many different doctors, and other wellness practitioners and they were the ONLY ones that could help me. 100% recommend them for postpartum physical therapy.
They are the best! Been to many others, but they have helped like no one else. Plus, all are professionals, everyone!, and understanding of everyone's condition; caring and kind. Thank you G3 for making my life better!
I've been working with Mike and Holly and they are awesome! Everyone here is great and really professional. I had a horrible knee injury and surgery, and I'm happy to say that with the help I am receiving here I am really starting to see some results. I am finally able to get around better and they are really helping me on my road to recovery. I highly recommend G3 for your physical therapy.
