I’ve been a regular at G3 for the past six months, but unfortunately, my recent experience left me really disappointed. It felt like my nails were being rushed, especially since Henry was doing them and another customer came in during my appointment. While I understand that the salon has other clients, I still expect the same level of care and attention, especially when I’m paying for the service. I visited with my granddaughter, I had been before years ago. I made an appointment 4 days ahead, I have to say I was disappointed. Appointment was at 10:30 and we ere promptly there on time. We didn’t get started with a technician until 11:35. They did seat us in the pedicure chairs quickly after selecting color which took only a minute or two.
