The community that the coaches at G3 have created is inspiring and motivating. Every class is fun, and a challenge. There's never any question as to whether showing up will be worth it, because it always is. It's been almost four years since I've joined this gym, and I feel stronger than ever! Big shout out to Shirley, Casey, and Candy.

Great workouts, great people, and a genuinely positive atmosphere. Shirlet and Casey care, the community is welcoming, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend.
G3 has truly transformed my physical and mental health. The instructors bring an incredible energy to each class, keeping me motivated all the way through. It’s a supportive community where friendships are formed both inside and outside the gym. I’m so grateful for G3 and the positive impact it’s had on my life.
I love my G 3 Fam!! I work waaaay harder in this setting than on my own. The workouts are challenging, but doable at any level. The teachers have the right balance of encouragement and intensity and it's just a great atmosphere overall. If you are on the fence, try a class!!
