I love my G 3 Fam!! I work waaaay harder in this setting than on my own. The workouts are challenging, but doable at any level. The teachers have the right balance of encouragement and intensity and it's just a great atmosphere overall. If you are on the fence, try a class!!

I did my first DEKA Mile and had a blast. The whole staff was extremely encouraging and I was able to get through it because of Ryan's support.
