Very disrespectful, reckless eye balling. Thought it would be okay to sit on my tire of my truck and put their feet in my aluminum rims. Would never trust them around my house hold or family.
Owner said multiple times that he would be at my residence to look at the job and never showed up, “ I got you bro, I will be there personally tomorrow morning before the rain comes”, 6 days later and you still never showed up or called. I never used your company because I never got you to keep your word. When someone says they will show up, especially a business owner, I expect them to show up…i know, odd concept, right?? When Alan showed up at my house to provide an estimate and the work completion, I was totally impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and service of good 2 pro roofing. They exceeded my expectations for the completed work and left my yard and entrance cleaner than when they arrived. I will never get tired of recommending this roofing company to all my neighbors and friends in Burlington, VT. Here in the whole state of Vermont is really hard to find a company with word.
