I am truly blessed to have met Renato and appreciate his level of detail to ensure my form is on point. G21 is a NEXT LEVEL training facility. I love their new group training classes that feel more like a one on one experience because each trainer provides such a personal feeling, they take their time to explain each exercise and even modify if needed.
