Don’t go to the new location in Rowley! Booked an appointment with one stylist, showed up and got a completely different person. I then told this stylist I just wanted to trim my dead ends and they proceeded to chop off 2+ inches of my hair and it’s incredible choppy. To the point where I need to get it fixed immediately. The stylist was also rough with my hair, painfully scratched my scalp while washing, ripped through my hair with the brush hitting my face while doing so, and overall just treated my hair like a ragdoll. If I could give my last couple of Visits a 0 I would. I had my hair cut off by another place. The girl I was working with was excellent in helping me get it to grow back and with the exact color I wanted. I got Extensions and this was years ago-about 4 plus, but I forgot to write a review. They were not supposed to be tape ins, one of the sets didn’t come in so there was a “similar” color, mix of a darker of my natural hair color and the color I had the others colored with. I went to get my eyebrows done recently, and my face is now swollen, burned and infected. Do not go here, you will get maimed.
