I walked into the salon with an absolute disaster of a hair situation and left in tears of joy! Sheila is truly amazing. She was so sweet, took her time to perfectly color match my hair, and explained everything she was doing throughout the entire process. My hair went from a total mess to simply beautiful. Bought a cut for my wife on Groupon. She called to make an appointment at least 4 different times throughout the week. Finally got one made for Tuesday after struggling just to get ahold of someone for at least 7 days. Gets to the appointment on time and was told they're still working on the client in the chair and will have to reschedule to Saturday. Reschedule to someone else we're done trying.

The first two pictures was what my hair looked like before Deanne destroyed it by not listening to what I wanted and also cutting a chunk in the front that was the length of my hair!!! The third picture was after she did my hair and the next two pictures were what I wanted and requested and the next one was taken yesterday evening outside and the last one today.
