In December 2025, I purchased travel insurance through G1G. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick while we were traveling. When we got back I contacted G1G about filing a claim. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sarah. She was able to help me through the process. i found her to be kind, patient, thorough, and most importantly, effective. I received my reimbursement as anticipated. This was the second time I purchased travel insurance through G1G and I highly recommend them.
I called and had all of my questions answered. The agent, Adam, was patient, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining travel insurance. He clarified what the insurance covered and what coverage was best for me. I highly recommend G1G Travel.
