Good people. Honest. I’ve been living in one of their buildings in Irving Park for over 8 years. Prompt replies and good communication. I know who’s the best around here and it’s definitely G12 properties.
I spent 20 years in the armed services and built up a pretty good real estate portfolio. Luckily I was barely able to get through the other side of the "great recession". If it wasn't for G12 properties I probably would have sold for pennies on the dollar.
