Extremely responsive! They installed our commercial unit over 5 years ago and anytime I've asked them to come out to take a look at it they showed up within 24 hours and fix the problem on the same day! The owner Justin is extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend.

Showed up at the time promised. Very professional, excellent service and took the time to answer my questions. I had called 5 other A/C places and they by far had the best price in San Antonio. They care about the customer and the service they provide.

Omar is the man! He showed up quickly assessed the issue immediately and was timely on his repair. He also gave me good insight into future issues I may run into with my unit. The man deserves a raise. I would give him 8 stars if I could

Omar was fantastic. Arrived in his allotted time, Identified the issue in less than 15 min. Made the fix and got me a new contactor on my outdoor unit. Took the time to explain everything to me as well. Highly recommend this company

Our experiences with G1 and Omar are always excellent. Omar always has tips and tricks for us like installing a tent over the AC access to help with AC bills. They are always on time and always have good availability. We would highly recommend this company.
