I am so thankful that while searching for a home inspector I was able to came across G Warren Inspection. After speaking with Jerry I felt at ease knowing that I would receive a detailed inspection report and surely it was. The inspector marshal did an excellent job inspecting the home. Wonderfully thorough! Marshal explained everything to us as he worked. He also gave us advice during the process and afterwards. Couldn't recommend this company enough! He helped us make an informed decision.

Jerry was excellent. If you are a home buyer, especially a first time home buyer...Look no further. Jerry took his time to explain the entire home inspection process and was so kind and patient. His team (we had Marshal as our inspector) did an excellent job with the home inspection. they were very thorough and explained everything. Such professionals. they really know what they are doing and can be trusted to the job with excellence. Highly recommend Jerry and his tea

These guys are the best! They are the ones you want to use, particularly if you are purchasing an older house. Great price and great value. Very thorough about skeletal and nervous system: structure, foundation, wiring, plumbing, etc. They inspected two (2) properties for me and the reports were 70 pages plus with photo's and blunt language. Do not use anyone recommended by a real estate agent, Realtor or otherwise, as one Realtor tried to steer us in that direction. In fact, those realtors should have listed the first prope... read more
