Best ride I've had. Staff was very courteous, professional and on time. Driver was driving with and caution and consideration of my back pain. The gurney was very clean and everything in the van smells like new.

Today I was at a stop light in San Bernardino on highland and del Rosa when a driver for Good Word side swiped my car. We both pulled over and the driver never once asked if me and my son we're okay, (since she hit me on my son's side) no apologies, instead she claimed that I hit her, then claimed that she didn't hit me, her van back fired. Then said I hit her, and then changed it to the damage on my car was already there. When I contacted her supervisor Arthur, I got the same story. They would not give me any insurance info... read more
