Hands down the BEST A/C company around if you have air conditioning issues don't waste your time calling someone else these are they guys to call they are knowledgeable and fast to respond, and you mite get me as a tech
This has been the roughest experience I've had with a service company. The women who answers the call is the rudest I've dealt with. Absolutely nasty from jump street. This has been such a poor experience, that I fired them in the middle of warranty work to actually pay someone to get it done. They've swapped out every part on a minisplit and it still doesn't work. Rookies at best. Totally train wreck. They've been swapping parts for 3 weeks, and just told me it will be 3-4 more weeks to get the 4th or 5th part they've tried... read more

These guys have the best customer service. Their responsiveness is second to none. The crew is always kind and professional. A big thank you to GW Services for all you do.
