Absolutely worthless, charged me from the time the left the shop even though they were almost 2 hours late because they did an emergency job before coming to the appointment I had set. Drove around looking for DVDs because they weren't properly prepared, and charged me for mileage and time. Lied about telling me that if he went further it would cost more, even though I was working and not on the phone.
