We purchase a Water Treatment System from G W Inc in 2017. Our system is now leaking water from a valve. A technician came to our home to confirm our diagnose. Unfortunately he was unable to repair the unit because the company no longer had access to purchase the necessary parts for our Eco Water System. The technician only solution to us was to purchase another unit. Very disappointing. We spoke to someone at the company requesting a return call from a supervisor. No one has returned our numerous calls to the company.
Business response:
As of 2019, G.W. Inc. is no longer and Ecowater dealer so we are not able to get replacement parts. Our only recourse is to replace. You can check with the manufacturer directly as to who else might be able to repair the softener. I’m not sure who currently is a dealer in the State.
