Michael Haney does not fix anything that is wrong with the property. We went 10 months with plumbing issues, doors that wouldn’t lock, roaches (which we brought back to our house after painting a rental property that he had, which was infested with them!), and numerous other things. He is also impossible to contact and won’t return emails/phone calls. If you send him a certified letter her won’t sign for it or pick it up from the post office.
