Dr Trono was covering for my urologist. I explained my issue, and that I’d just been seen, but the doctor didn’t put my prescription in the system. He sent a medication that had nothing to do with my issue and was extremely impatient because I had to look up my pharmacy’s phone number. Maybe he doesn’t like working after 5pm, but he was not very caring in any way. I’m glad I see someone in the practice that has more concern and understanding.
