The tech that came out initially was super knowledgeable and willing to explain everything in terms we could understand. They were thorough and honest. The techs that came out to do work were respectful and replaced all inside and outside HVAC systems quickly. They tested everything to verify it is running properly and answered all questions we had. The only thing I'd say is during installation with welding they had to do, there were pieces that burned the top of dryer and permanent marks due to where the inside HVAC is loca... read more
