Taylor from the G Team of Cumberland Real Estate was very helpful and friendly from the get-go. In the first couple weeks she helped us to view several houses, make an offer an a lovely home, and we closed yesterday. We couldn’t be more pleased.
We recently had to relocate quickly to TN from AL. We experienced a lot of large dog bias in TN and got turned away by everyone - without even discussing it - until G Team let us apply. They considered our dog, Bandit, on a pre-screening basis and he did not damage the property at all. He’s just an old rescue who wants to live a peaceful life and we are forever thankful for G Team for allowing that. Very Bad experience. They will tell you one thing but end up going in a total different direction. I told them from the start that I don't have bad credit I have no credit. But they told me to fill out the application and pay the $75 fee. As long as I didn't owe any one or am not a criminal that they could work with me. It was a flat out lie. I'm just out of $75 after I told them my situation up front. I was willing to pay 5 or 6 months up front but they still said no. If I had knew that I would have never paid the $75. So t... read more

They are not here to help families. They also are not people of their word. I would not use them as a renter. Terrible to work with
