I had a very disappointing experience with this landlord and their management team. The staff were consistently disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional whenever I had questions or concerns. The worst part was being taken to court over fees the landlord claimed I owed. We toured a property and applied through G Team. My husband is self-employed, and despite providing income documentation, we were denied because they stated they were unable to verify his income. Just two days later, we submitted the same documents to another property management company and were approved without any issues. applied for a lease to rent a home in Old Hickory TN through Zillow. The property management company is The G Team (G Team Property Management, LLC). My sister and I each paid $60 ($120 total) to apply to rent a home that G Team had made available for lease.
