I ddont know where these people writing bad reviews got there info from but Gary Timmes helped me,my brother my parents and my sister.....who all have referred all of there friends n there families.he was very honest from beginning to end and our homes are all beautiful..nothing he does is shady....GET EDUCATED PEOPLE BECAUSE IF HE WAS ALL THESE THINGS HE OBVIOUSLY WOULDNT BE IN BUISNESS STILL.....TY GT FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE

This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had. They do very shady deals and don't even sell you your whole freaking property. I would never let any of my friends use these pieces of trash.
Huge mistake selecting GT Realtors, matter of fact a better name would be WT Realtors, they sell to trash. My advice, stick with established big names when it comes to buying or selling your house.
Gary Timmes is dishonest, underhanded, and not to be trusted. He felt more like a crooked used car dealer than a a real estate agent. Take your business elsewhere.
