dirty old apartments, very rude and aggressive land lady. would not recommend, she is unsightly and mean to tenants, does not answer phone.

My husband and I lived at the Capstone Apartments for the duration of Graduate School. It's the best place we've ever lived! Landlord is very nice, rent is reasonable, utility costs are pretty low, apartments are beautiful (big balcony, dark wood cabinets, wood flooring, etc.), and the walk-in closet is so big, I swear you could fit a twin bed in it. Really miss living here - would totally recommend!

I rented an apartment at Hillcrest through this company, and I had no problems whatsoever. It was a fifteen minute walk to UW and the prices were reasonable. They often have move-in specials to sweeten the deal. I had to leave unexpectedly and they really worked with me to sublease. They offer Internet for free but it is so slow it's almost non-existent. There are washer/dryer on site which are very old and don't work very well. Otherwise a very nice place.
