Do NOT use this company !!! His "lawn mowing business " is a joke. He ran over and destroyed the front pipe to the water line of my property. I have photos and spoke to this "man" regarding the damage. He denies it and tried to over charge my elderly mother. She recorded it all and his foul language. He was also abusive to the elderly lady next door when she had hired him . Thankfully the neighbors heard him and saw him behave to my mother. What a "man and business man ". Won't take accountability!! BEWARE!!

This contractor is verbally abusive and dangerous, not to mention a sub-standard contractor. While working on a home in our neighborhood, he cut off my husband and son - who was on foot crossing the street, nearly hitting him with his car. When my husband saw the house he was working on, he approached and told him to watch out for pedestrians. Chris proceeded to follow them down the street, swearing at them and screaming at them. Absolutely terrible work, the worst customer service. Arrogant, loud and over prices the most minimal jobs, no warranty on the worst work.. Non professional and no class. Don't hire this lower level wanna be Cortland contractor. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Chris is a respectful and hard working contractor. Very knowledgeable to the trade. The work he does is excellent very nice work! He is very fair reasonable on his bidding does not over charge like the competitors. He's a great man without a doubt!
