A great place to eat, relax, and enjoy. Super-friendly staff; thanks George and Johnny. My wife and I go there fairly often and especially on special occasions when I want a delicious outstanding fillet. Can't wait till next time. phs 12/29/14
Some of the best pizza around! – I had a pizza from G. Subu's earlier today and I must say that it was one of the best pizza's i've had in the area! I also had chicken wings as an appetizer with barbecue sauce. Service was speedy and so was our food, great flavors! we will definitely be returning again.
Delicious food and friendly service! – I drive by G. Subu's daily and had always seen it busy but never thought to give it a try. Wow, that was a mistake! I ate there last week and our meals were delicious! We had enough food to take home for lunch the following day. The bread is baked fresh and the chicken piccatta and veal marsala were fantastic, great service as well!
Amazing steaks and service, worth every dollar! – I went out to eat this past week with a large group of friends. The live music was great and the food was even better! I ordered a New York strip steak which was peppercorn encrusted and served over a gorgonzola cream sauce, my girlfriend had a filet mignon which was tender as ever, both steaks were cooked perfectly and the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
Bad service and poor tasting food – The fish my wife ordered was burnt and my filet was overcooked. Our waitress never refilled our drinks and it took an hour and a half for our food to come out. The bread tasted stale and reheated. We will not be back.
MY OH MY - THE BEST CHICKEN POTPIE! – Today I ate at the Leather Bottle for the first time. I had the best chicken potpie in the world and couldn't finish it because the serving was so generous. I must also mention that I don't recall having better or friendlier service and really can't wait to go back.
