I would leave zero stars if I could. Nyema is extremely unprofessional, and, unfortunately, she lacks the consideration and professionalism required to serve people, particularly people of color. She makes an appointment to turn around and stop responding, later claiming that she is still doing another client's hair and needs to reschedule, and THEN, when she requested for the client to accommodate her, she never shows up. Do NOT book with Nyema!! She’s a horrible person to work with. First, I paid $30 on a deposit for an appointment that she scheduled because the day I originally wanted wasn’t okay with her. When I get there, I waited over 2 hours for her to open the door and she never answered. I texted her repeatedly and still nothing. Mind you, I don’t live close to this location so ALL of this is a pure inconvenience for me. When I call the store # absolutely no one answers!
