I cut all my hair off because I thought I would get a cold cut. It was more like a lazy cut. He use to be cold he lost his touch. Now I have to see peoples work I have to wear a hat and a scarf to work because I’m embarrassed about my hair cut. He cut off more than he needed too. I would leave zero stars if I could. Nyema is extremely unprofessional, and, unfortunately, she lacks the consideration and professionalism required to serve people, particularly people of color. She makes an appointment to turn around and stop responding, later claiming that she is still doing another client's hair and needs to reschedule, and THEN, when she requested for the client to accommodate her, she never shows up.
