Service department was incredibly rude to me. Told me they couldn't perform warranty service on my new F150 because I didn't purchase the vehicle there. Have owned Fords my whole life, have never experienced such poor customer service.
Our first visit to G.Stone Motors. Our next door neighbor recommended them and I've seen their tv commercials. We bought our 2024 F-150 up in St. Albans at the Ford dealership there. However we live in Hinesburg. What with a strong recommendation by our neighbor who has two F-350's for his contracting business and is a regular at G.Stone we decided to go there vs. driving all the way up to St. Albans. In November I Purchased a new 2025 Ford Escape from GStone. My third one in a row from same dealer. For the first time I used the Ford Pass App to schedule my appointment. I found this to a very easy and convenient way to do it. The service department always has a friendly greeting. The waiting room was very neat, clean and comfortable. My first service on my new car was completed in less time than I expected. I left GStone with a feeling of confidence and trust.
Went and got a new vehicle worked with Kennedy she was great helped me out worked out a lower price so I could afford the vehicle and was able to leave with a new 2026 ford maverick that day
