I purchased a ford escape and it has 40,000 miles and it has been in there shop seven times. they returned my suv with the plastic shield hanging down and there mechanic destroyed this shield because they drove it with this shield hanging down. Gstone motor replaced the motor "so they said" and the suv has a blown motor again after driving it 11 miles. Trudy ( there shop manager) said it was because "we" did not change the oil. Great service. Enjoyed the air conditioning and cold water while I waited.
Had oil change and tire rotation done. they did everything very well and in a reasonable amount of time and at a good price. Have a little over 70000 miles. The car wash was not working so no car wash but no big deal. I had a few gift cards for a local car wash I just went there and washed it.
