We recently had our car there for body repair and the staff were exceptional, kind, efficient and easy to maintain communication with through the process. Danielle handled our rental as well with perfection, pick up and drop off were seamless. Our car looks exactly like it did prior, we couldn't be more happy and will absolutely visit them again if the need ever arises.
I inquired about a vehicle to Rachel, but she never responded, and a couple of days later, I received the message that the vehicle had been sold. When I remarked that she had not even responded to my inquiry, she left the group and blocked me. Great business technique, G. Stone.
