As stated by many others, the staff here are jerks, which is the opposite of what you'd expect from a smoke shop. Went in there and accidently said a forbidden word. Realizing my mistake, I quickly corrected myself and said "Oh, I mean water pipe" to which I just got the response of "have a nice day." I used to be a loyal customer to this place but only can say bad things about it now. I was told one of my chipped pipes could be fixed and two months later, I was handed back an unfixed pipe and given terrible customer service to boot. They treat customers like they are lucky to be in their shop instead of being appreciative that they have customers at all! I recommend going to the Recked Smokeshop off Waters Ave. Has a better selection, much better customer service, and top-notch blowers on hand. Thumbs Down to the G!
stay away!!! – The worker there was a total jerk. I understand that certain words cant be used in a smoke shop and that you should be kicked out when you do. But I went there tonight, was very nice and respectful to the worker, offered my ID, but I wasn't prepared when he asked what I was looking for. so I used a "no no" word. causing me to get kicked out, thats not what aggravated me however.
