When we bought our home there were 4 things we asked for and G'Sell Homes, LLC, agreed to do. Before closing 3 of those things were done TOTALLY incorrect and would have pushed back the closing if we did not agree to have them fixed later. They ended up having to credit the cost we had agreed to because they COMPLETELY messed it up. The 4th thing was to replace sod in our yard where there were bare spots or no grass.
