I have never experienced unprofessional behavior from front desk and doctor. They always are late for everything whether it be telemedicine calls or appointments. They don’t care about the patient at all. I would give them a negative if I could. That’s how bad this office is. Been waiting since 8 am for the call and it’s currently 12 noon. I’m changing and leaving this horrible doctor. Unprofessional, rude work ethics and service.

This is such an unprofessional office. Told me they’ll get on telemedicine morning but they extended it to afternoon and ignoring my calls. Stayed up waiting from 8 am and still nothing at 12 noon right now… unacceptable medical office ethics i’ve never experienced.

This is the worst doctor office ever. I literally been a patient for five years. I come in for my annual physical and my inhaler. This office is a revolving door of doctors writing prescriptions in one person name. But to have been a patient for five years and they messed up my inhaler medication. Then to look at my chart and still not get the prescription correct is crazy.
