This is the worst doctor office ever. I literally been a patient for five years. I come in for my annual physical and my inhaler. This office is a revolving door of doctors writing prescriptions in one person name. But to have been a patient for five years and they messed up my inhaler medication. Then to look at my chart and still not get the prescription correct is crazy.
