On their first aeration visit they broke the corner off my concrete backyard patio, presumable with their aerator. We discovered it the morning after the work was done. About 6 weeks later they cracked my dining room window presumably with a flying rock from the lawn edger, again we discovered it the morning after their visit. Since we are an elderly couple in our 60's with no children or grandchildren living here and we have a locked, fenced backyard where both incidents occurred, we have little doubt they were responsible ... read more
