Filed my taxes with G & S last year and still have not received my refund. When I called G & S, I wasnt told anything and was given an 800#. They said I would be on hold for a long time and there was nothing more they could do for me. When I called a 2nd time, I was asked if I understood that we're in the middle of a pandemic and that I'm not the only one who hasen't received my tax refund.
