I had the worst experience dealing with this company on both a customer level as well as on a professional level. Brian which is one of their lead managers doesn't lead at all and his lack of effort I'm sure adds up to this company only having a 3 star value on here. The crew members they will send to your home struggle with a huge language barrier, so it's virtually impossible to work through issues on that end as well. BEWARE!! Dishonest and poor business practices. One of the most shady and disrespectful companies we have EVER dealt with. We originally placed a flooring order through home Depot and this is the company contracted to do their flooring installation. We paid IN FULL for all the flooring. Someone from the company picked up the flooring from Home Depot before even calling us to schedule. We had to call them and they refused to even put us on the schedule unless we removed the existing vinyl flooring and had a certified asbestos... read more
