G Realty was our property manager when we rented. Michael was the best property manager we've ever dealt with. He was friendly, quick to respond and just all around easy to work with. Now we've purchased our first house with Gail as our realtor. Not knowing what to expect or what we needed to do, Gail was with us every step of the way. She explained everything through the entire process and was so quick to respond any time we had questions, sometimes we'd get a text back within minutes. Michael and Gail are great people.
I bought a home from a seller that was being represented by Gail Rodriguez and it was the worse buying experience. We were disrespected and threatened from Gail and the seller. After buying the home, after the closing date, Gail put the house keys under a rock at the home when she was supposed to bring them into the title office but she didn't. That is where this whole mess started. This resulted in us new home owners getting the keys a few days before the funding date (but after the closing date) We started moving our stuff... read more
