I lived here for 20 months (August 2022- May 2024) and had the best experience! Maintenance was always quick and thorough, my apartment was very nice & well-maintained, the staff was just wonderful, and I never had any issues. I called the office all the time with various questions and someone always answered and helped me. And I always got a text when I had a package and they would have it ready to give me whenever I stopped by the office for it. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at G&R Rental Complex! The staff is always friendly and responsive to any needs or concerns. The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. My apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and I love how peaceful the community is. The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Outstandingly disrespectful landlords. Many of the positive reviews have been written by the workers, not by the tenants. All of the negative reviews from years ago, are still relevant. It is the same people, owners have not changed. I personally have known multiple people who lived there, who similarly had been treated extremely poorly. The apartments aren’t old, but it is most definitely not worth the hassle of constantly having to deal with rude people. Didn’t even get the keys in my hand before calling it quits on this company! The day before move-in they told us that we needed to pay 2 months worth of rent and a move-in charge on move-in day, but on our lease it only says we needed to pay 1 month of rent and the move-in charge upon move-in. I told them able the discrepancy and instead of removing the second month of rent from our bill, they instead threatened to cancel our lease if we didn’t want to pay it.
