Horrible. G&R installed our AC about 10 years ago and it has broken down almost every year. This year they told us it would take a week to just come out and asses and another week to get the part and fix. NOT acceptable when you have kids and pets in a 88 degree house! We called another company who was out the same day, overnighted the part and installed it in 2 days.
I can’t recommend lee enough! He has saved me numerous times when I was in a pinch! First was when my basement wall units burned!!! I called 5 electricians because this was clearly an emergency and no one could help me for more than 24 hours. I called lee and he was at my house within an hour and his price was soooo reasonable for being an emergency call.
