What a great experience! Easy to schedule, and Marco, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he would be doing, and answered all of my questions. No upsell. I will only be using this company from now on.
We had a furnace that was only blowing cold air and another that wouldn't turn on. We called over the weekend, they were responsive and sent someone first thing Monday morning (per our request). We then got a text with a picture and description of the tech coming out. Adam came out, was extremely nice, informative and explained to us the issue. He quickly fixed the issue and I appreciated his promptness, service and knowledge. I'll be calling G&R in the future.
