I would give nothing if I could, asked for an appraisal for a Central appraisal protest and they did not have it ready when need, would not answer emails nor calls, wasted 500 dollar's on so called experts for nothing , if they can't have the work done by the time asked why take the job, honestly I can't expressed how frustrated and scammed I feel. Save money and time and look for someone who can actually get the job done.
Javier Rodriguez completely went MIA during our process. He performed the appraisal in mid October and as of 11/02 we have not heard from him. Myself along with the lenders have reached out and no response, no contact, nothing. Terrible, how do you go completely ghost? Who did we let in our home for an “inspection” we’re considering legal action at the moment against this company.
The appraiser not only got the lot number incorrect, they also could not get the address correct, causing a delay in the closing. They were also very rude when I tried to work out how to move along the process in person. Our Lender Penny Mac can attest to how terrible of an experience it was FOR EVERYONE. The good thing is that as of 10/19 2021 Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae now accept DESKTOP APPRAISALS folks! Call your lenders and save yourself money AND time/headache with this mess of a company.
