James did a really great job for my kitchen sink, very proficient in his craft. I would recommend him as a great plumber. You pay for quality not quantity. He is a high knowledgeable plumber. Solved my issue when 2 other different plumbers couldn't solve something that seems so simple in the eyes of a real plumber like James. Very negotiable with pricing and just responsible.

Quoted one price over the phone, but after showing up, the cost more than doubled with no clear explanation. Felt pressured into agreeing. Will never trust this company again.
"They ""fixed"" our toilet, and two days later it was leaking worse than before. We had to hire another plumber to undo their mistakes. Clearly not trained or qualified for the job."
I was charged a ridiculous amount for what should have been a simple pipe fix. Worse, the leak returned just two days later. When I called to report it, he blamed me and refused to come back unless I paid again. Avoid this scammer at all costs.
