My pipes burst after the first snow storm this year since they always froze. I called James cuz he was local and he came pretty soon and fixed everything up. We've been without heat in our house for a decade and that contributed to the pipes freezing and bursting. We'd been lucky for so long that its never happened before but when it finally did I decided to get our boiler fixed as well. On Super Bowl Sunday, my pipes frozed and burst. James came right away and gave a fair estimate of the work. He was very professional and completed the work and came back two days later to ensure that the pipes were not licking and installed properly. I highly recommend James. It was worth paying for a professional. When it comes to plubming make sure to hire a pro like James. Save yourself future headaches and hire James.

James arrived on a Sunday evening to replace my shower handle. Unfortunately the plumbing supply store did not have the correct part until the next day. He arrived the next day with the part and was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the process and the cost.
