The pedicure place has changed owners, and these staff are completely unprofessional. I suspect some are beginners; the oil they use is terrible. The pedicures I used to get were much better. I loved CC and Jenny back then. These new ones just keep trying to get us to spend more money. Thankfully, Jenny is still there 😘, but even her hand massages aren't great 😒

Horrible service. Cut me on all 10 toes during my pedicure. Very unprofessional and not a clean work space environment
On Sunday Sept 21st I went in to what I thought would be a normal pedicure/ manicure. I find out they sold the salon, some insight I’ve been a loyal client for years. I get my nails done everything is fine so I proceed to get my toes done. I am in saying “ouch” 10 times as the lady is doing my toes, she laughs it off. That night I take pictures of my 6 bleeding toes & I have a scab from the scrubber. IM IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN I CANT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT MY CUTS AND SCAB EFFECTING ME WHEN I WALK OR PUT SOCKS.
