Without a doubt, these people are the most unprofessional and rude individuals I have ever met. The apartments are relatively cheap for NY, but nothing in NY is cheap without a reason. First of all, all the common areas are run-down and the corridors smell disgusting. The carpets in the corridors look like they have never been replaced and the decor feels like something from a cheap 60's horror movie. However, the main problem is the staff at GP Associates.
