We operate an Airbnb so when we needed to schedule our roof replacement, we reached out to Hugo. Hugo worked with our schedule and his team showed up before first light on the day we planned. They worked until dark to finish our job in time to accommodate our guests arrival. Not to mention, a great job. Would highly recommend
Did a good job last year and this year he was irritated that I dared to question the quoted amount which was 120% higher than last years quoted amount. I asked for a breakdown for labor versus supplies. He told me to go elsewhere and I shouldn’t be asking. Very disappointed that the attitude I was given. Would have been a repeat customer but not allowed to ask questions.
Good & quick repair of my roof shingles
Hugo responded right away to my request. He and his team made the process of getting a new roof smooth and painless. Hugo referred me to Cesar to help with my insurance claim. Cesar was very attentive and quick to respond with answers to questions I had. He was present when the insurance adjuster arrived to inspect the roof. Days later Hugo’s team arrived early morning to remove my old roof and install my new roof. Job well done.
Hugo and his team were amazing!!! Hugo was quick to respond. When we met, he was professional and patient with me as I had many questions. He gave me a reasonable quote. On the day of my roof replacement his team showed up early and on time. They all worked extremely hard and all were very knowledgeable about their jobs.
