Good & quick repair of my roof shingles
Hugo responded right away to my request. He and his team made the process of getting a new roof smooth and painless. Hugo referred me to Cesar to help with my insurance claim. Cesar was very attentive and quick to respond with answers to questions I had. He was present when the insurance adjuster arrived to inspect the roof. Days later Hugo’s team arrived early morning to remove my old roof and install my new roof. Job well done.
Hugo and his team were amazing!!! Hugo was quick to respond. When we met, he was professional and patient with me as I had many questions. He gave me a reasonable quote. On the day of my roof replacement his team showed up early and on time. They all worked extremely hard and all were very knowledgeable about their jobs. They removed all the old roofing and replaced wood that needed replacing before putting new synthetic felt paper and shingles on. They took pictures of every stage (I appreciate that). G & O Roofing provided excellent service for the complete replacement of my roof. Hugo, of G & O Roofing, was extremely easy to work with and by far the most responsive of all the companies that I had contacted. His team did an excellent job replacing my roof and cleaned up when they were finished. Everything was completed on time and the new roof looks great! The roof was installed one week before we were hit by Helene. We had no leaks and are grateful for the work was done. Highly recommend G & O Roofing!
