We have been going through a bit of a challenging time, as our roof sustained some pretty significant shingle damage during the last storm, and to add to the chaos, we even had some rather unwelcome squirrel tenants moving in! We operate an Airbnb so when we needed to schedule our roof replacement, we reached out to Hugo. Hugo worked with our schedule and his team showed up before first light on the day we planned. They worked until dark to finish our job in time to accommodate our guests arrival. Not to mention, a great job. Would highly recommend
Did a good job last year and this year he was irritated that I dared to question the quoted amount which was 120% higher than last years quoted amount. I asked for a breakdown for labor versus supplies. He told me to go elsewhere and I shouldn’t be asking. Very disappointed that the attitude I was given. Would have been a repeat customer but not allowed to ask questions.
