Trash customer service, treated me like trash!!! I can’t even believe it!
I went in looking for Ken to assist me, but unfortunately he was unavailable. I then asked to be helped by the lady seated at Desk 7. The front desk receptionist informed me that she had one more customer, and I told him I didn’t mind waiting. At that point, they began communicating in their native language. Customer service is top tier, friendly, clean
I came in today for my nails and I’m really happy with how they turned out. I chose the cat eye color second row third pink and it came out so pretty, soft, and glowy with that subtle shimmer effect I love. The shape and finish are clean and exactly what I wanted. My nail tech (Siboy?) did a great job and took his time to get everything right.
